All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of payment.
Pricing
All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.
Product Availability
In rare cases an item may become unavailable after purchase. If this occurs, we will notify you and provide a refund or alternative option.
Product Condition
Unless otherwise stated, all trading card products are sold as new and factory sealed.
Intellectual Property
All website content including images, text, and logos are the property of Packman Collectables and may not be used without permission.
Limitation of Liability
Packman Collectables is not liable for indirect or consequential losses resulting from the use of products purchased from this website. Nothing in these terms excludes rights under Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded.
Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
