Refund and Returns Policy At Packman Collectables Pty Ltd,

 

We operate strictly in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) to ensure a fair, transparent, and secure shopping experience. Because we specialize in high-end trading cards and sealed collectible investments, our return parameters are clearly defined below to protect both our collectors and our inventory business. 30-Day Return Window We offer a 30-day return window from the confirmed date of delivery for eligible items.

Please note: This window does not restrict or limit your consumer rights under Australian Consumer Law. If a product is genuinely faulty, damaged in transit, or does not meet consumer guarantees, you are entitled to a remedy (refund, replacement, or repair) regardless of the timeframe.

      Restocking Fees:

  •  We do not charge any restocking fees or penalty percentages for returns. Eligible Items for Return To qualify for a standard return or change-of-mind evaluation, items must be sent back in the exact condition they were received:
  •  Must be in original, unused, and pristine retail condition.
  •  Must be in the original factory-sealed packaging. Sealed items, booster boxes, and packs must remain completely unopened with factory shrink-wrap or seals intact.
  •  Must be accompanied by an official tax invoice or proof of purchase from our store.
  •  Non-Returnable Items Due to market volatility, card-mapping risks, and the nature of collectible assets, the following items cannot be returned for change of mind under any circumstances:
  •  Opened sealed booster packs, booster boxes, blister packs, or any item where the factory seal has been broken or tampered with.
  •  Graded trading cards (including PSA, BGS, CGC, etc.) once they have been safely delivered to the customer.
  •   Clearance items, promotional bundles, or final sale markdown products.

 

      Return Shipping Costs

  • * Change of Mind: If you are returning an eligible, unopened item because you changed your mind, the cost of return tracked shipping is entirely the responsibility of the customer.
  •  Faulty or Incorrect Items: If an item is being returned because it is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, Packman Collectables Pty Ltd will cover 100 percent of the return postal costs. Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items Your investment safety is our top priority. If you receive a parcel that has been damaged in transit, or if the item inside is incorrect or faulty, please contact our support team immediately with your order details and clear photos of the issue. We will assess the situation rapidly and provide a legal remedy, including a swift replacement, repair, or full refund.
  • How to Initiate a Return Process To lodge an official return request, please follow these exact steps:
  • 1. Email our team at info@packmancollectables.com with your original order number and the explicit reason for the return
  •  2. If the item arrived damaged or incorrect, please attach clear photographic evidence to the email.
  • 3. Our customer support team will respond within 1 to 2 business days with official approval and shipping instructions.
  •  4. If your return is approved, you must ship the item back to us using a secure, tracked shipping service. Packman Collectables Pty Ltd is not responsible for return parcels lost by carriers in transit.
  • 5. Once your return is physically received at our facility and verified by our inspection team, your refund or replacement will be initiated.
  • Refund Processing Times Approved refunds are automatically credited back to your original payment method (Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or Shop Pay) within 5 to 7 business days after your returned parcel passes inspection. You will receive an automated email confirmation the moment the refund is cleared on our end.

 

       Pre-Order Cancellations

  •  Pre-order cancellations for upcoming product releases are accepted at any time prior to the official dispatch date. Once a pre-order has been processed and shipped from our store, our standard 30-day sealed return conditions apply.
