Why do some prices vary from other stores?

Collectibles such as graded cards, sealed booster boxes, and vintage singles are priced based on current secondary market rates. Prices fluctuate with supply, demand, and set availability. Our prices reflect fair market value at the time of listing.

Why has the price changed since I last visited?

Market prices for sealed and graded products can shift quickly. We update pricing regularly to reflect current market conditions. If you're interested in a product, we recommend purchasing promptly.

Graded Cards & Condition

What does the condition grade mean?

Graded cards have been professionally assessed by third-party grading companies such as PSA, BGS, or CGC. The grade (e.g. PSA 9, BGS 8.5) reflects the card's condition on a standardised scale. Higher grades indicate better condition and typically command higher market value.

Are your graded cards authentic?

Graded cards are supplied in their original, tamper-evident slabs as issued by the grading company. We do not intentionally sell resealed or altered slabs.

Returns & Eligibility

Can I return a sealed product?

Return requests may be made within 30 days of delivery if the product is unopened, unused and in its original condition. Opened sealed products are not eligible for change-of-mind returns.

Can I return a graded card?

Change-of-mind returns are not accepted after delivery. If the card or grade is incorrect, damaged, faulty, or not as described, contact us within 30 days of delivery so we can assess the issue under Australian Consumer Law.

Can I return singles?

Shipping

How long does delivery take?

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1 business day, Monday–Friday, for orders placed before 2:00 PM AEST. Domestic delivery typically takes 2–7 business days depending on your location. Express options are available at checkout.

Do you ship internationally?

We ship to selected international countries shown at checkout. International delivery options, availability and costs vary by destination and parcel size.

How are graded cards packaged?

Graded slabs are bubble-wrapped and packed in rigid mailers to prevent damage in transit. We take extra care with high-value items.

Authenticity & Trust

How do I know your products are genuine?

We focus on genuine products sourced through established Australian suppliers, distributors and other reputable channels. Product licensing and brand relationships vary by item and manufacturer.

We do not intentionally sell counterfeit or replica products. Graded cards come in their original third-party grading slabs.
