Pricing & Market Value

Why do some prices vary from other stores?

Collectibles such as graded cards, sealed booster boxes, and vintage singles are priced based on current secondary market rates. Prices fluctuate with supply, demand, and set availability. Our prices reflect fair market value at the time of listing.

Why has the price changed since I last visited?

Market prices for sealed and graded products can shift quickly. We update pricing regularly to reflect current market conditions. If you're interested in a product, we recommend purchasing promptly.

Graded Cards & Condition

What does the condition grade mean?

Graded cards have been professionally assessed by third-party grading companies such as PSA, BGS, or CGC. The grade (e.g. PSA 9, BGS 8.5) reflects the card's condition on a standardised scale. Higher grades indicate better condition and typically command higher market value.

Are your graded cards authentic?

Yes. All graded cards sold by PackmanCollectables are in their original, tamper-evident slabs as issued by the grading company. We do not sell resealed or altered slabs.

Returns & Eligibility

Can I return a sealed product?

Sealed products (booster boxes, ETBs, tins) are eligible for return within 30 days if unopened and in original condition. Once opened, sealed products cannot be returned.

Can I return a graded card?

Graded cards are sold as described based on their slab grade. Returns are accepted within 14 days only if the item received does not match the listing (e.g. wrong card or grade). Change of mind returns are not accepted for graded items.

Can I return singles?

Singles are eligible for return within 14 days if the item is not as described. Please contact us before returning any item.

Shipping

How long does delivery take?

We dispatch orders within 1–2 business days. Domestic delivery typically takes 2–7 business days depending on your location. Express options are available at checkout.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently we ship within Australia only. International shipping may be available on request — contact us for a quote.

How are graded cards packaged?

Graded slabs are bubble-wrapped and packed in rigid mailers to prevent damage in transit. We take extra care with high-value items.

How do I know your products are genuine?

PackmanCollectables sources products directly from authorised distributors and reputable suppliers. All sealed products are guaranteed genuine. Graded cards come in their original third-party graded slabs.
