Shipping policy

At Packman Collectables, we process and ship all orders from our NSW location, Australia.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1 business day after payment is received. Orders placed before 2:00 PM AEST are processed the same business day (Monday–Friday). Orders placed after 2:00 PM, or on weekends or public holidays, are processed on the next business day.

During peak periods or product releases, processing times may be slightly extended. If this occurs, customers will be notified.

 

Shipping Carriers

We ship all orders using trusted Australian carriers, including:

• Australia Post
• Courier services depending on parcel size and delivery location

Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times after dispatch (Monday–Friday fulfilment):

All Australian destinations: 2–8 business days depending on location.

Delivery timeframes are estimates provided by carriers and may vary due to postal delays, public holidays, or peak periods.

• • Shipping Costs

    A flat rate of $15.00 AUD applies to all Australian orders. Free standard shipping is available on all orders over $400 AUD.

    For orders requiring special handling or exceeding standard carrier limits, a custom shipping quote will be required. Please contact us at info@packmancollectables.com and we will provide a shipping solution where possible.

 

Tracking

All orders include tracked shipping. Tracking details will be emailed to the customer once the order has been dispatched.

Delayed or Lost Parcels

If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us so we can open an investigation with the shipping carrier. We will work with the carrier to assist in locating and resolving delivery issues where possible.
