All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. Prices are subject to change without notice, but confirmed orders will not be affected.

Product Availability

In rare cases, a product may become unavailable after an order has been placed. If this occurs, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer a full refund or suitable alternative.

Product Condition

Unless otherwise stated, all trading card products and collectibles are sold as new and factory sealed. Product descriptions are provided as accurately as possible at the time of listing.

Payment Terms

Full payment is required at the time of purchase. Orders will not be processed or dispatched until payment has been successfully received and cleared. We use secure third-party payment providers and do not store full payment card details.

Shipping and Returns

All orders are subject to our Shipping Policy and Returns & Refunds Policy, which form part of these Terms of Service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Packman Collectables is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use or purchase of our products.

Nothing in these terms excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order suspected of fraud, misuse, or violation of our website policies.
