Shipping Policy
At Packman Collectables, we process and ship all orders from our NSW location, Australia.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1 business day after payment is received. Orders placed before 2:00 PM AEST are processed the same business day (Monday–Friday). Orders placed after 2:00 PM, or on weekends or public holidays, are processed on the next business day.
During peak periods or product releases, processing times may be slightly extended. If this occurs, customers will be notified.

We ship all orders using trusted Australian carriers, including:
Delivery Timeframes
Estimated delivery times after dispatch:
NSW: 1–3 business days
QLD / VIC: 2–5 business days
SA / TAS: 3–6 business days
WA / NT: 5–8 business days
Delivery timeframes are estimates provided by carriers and may vary due to postal delays, public holidays, or peak periods.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of the order:
Up to 1kg — A$15.00
1kg to 2kg — A$20.00
2kg to 4kg — A$30.00
4kg to 6kg — A$45.00
Free standard shipping is available on all orders over $400 AUD.
Tracking
All orders include tracked shipping. Tracking details will be emailed to the customer once the order has been dispatched.
Delayed or Lost Parcels
If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us so we can open an investigation with the shipping carrier.
We will work with the carrier to assist in locating and resolving delivery issues where possible.
