Returns & Refunds Policy

At Packman Collectables, we operate in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) and aim to provide a fair and transparent returns process for all customers.

Return Window

We accept return requests within 30 days of delivery. Requests made after this period may not be eligible for return.

Eligible Items

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • In original, unused condition

  • In original packaging (sealed items must remain sealed and unopened)

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are generally not eligible for return unless required under Australian Consumer Law:

  • Opened sealed packs, boxes, or booster packs

  • Graded cards (PSA, BGS, CGC, etc.) once delivered

  • Pre-order items that have already been shipped

  • Items damaged due to misuse or mishandling by the customer

  • Digital products or downloads

  • Clearance or final sale items

Change of Mind

We do not accept returns for change of mind on opened trading card products or sealed collectibles. Unopened items may be considered for return on a case-by-case basis if they remain in resellable condition.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs will be covered by Packman Collectables where the item is confirmed to be faulty or incorrect. For change of mind or non-faulty returns, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order details and photos of the item and packaging.

We will assess the issue and, where appropriate, offer a replacement, refund, or store credit in line with Australian Consumer Law. Return shipping costs will be covered where the item is confirmed to be faulty or incorrect.

Returns Process

To request a return:

  1. Email info@packmancollectables.com with your order number and reason for return

  2. Include photos if the item is damaged or incorrect

  3. Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with instructions

  4. If approved, return the item using a tracked shipping service

  5. Once received and inspected, your refund or replacement will be processed

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after the return is received and inspected. You will receive confirmation once your refund has been issued.

Pre-Orders

Pre-order cancellations may be accepted before dispatch. Once an item has been shipped, standard return conditions apply.
