Thank you for supporting Packman Collectables. This policy outlines the terms and conditions that apply to all pre-order purchases made through our store.

What is a Pre-Order?

A pre-order allows you to purchase a product before it is officially released or available for immediate dispatch. Pre-order items are clearly labelled on our website.

Payment

Full payment is required at the time of placing a pre-order. By completing your purchase, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.

Estimated Release & Dispatch Dates

Estimated release dates are provided in good faith based on information available from suppliers and publishers at the time of listing. These dates are subject to change due to manufacturing delays, shipping delays, or other circumstances outside of our control.

We will notify you via email if there are any significant changes to your pre-order's estimated dispatch date.

Cancellations

Pre-orders may be cancelled and refunded in full at any time before the item has been dispatched. Once an item has been dispatched, our standard Refund Policy applies.

Price Changes

The price you pay at the time of placing your pre-order is the price you will be charged. We will not charge additional amounts if the retail price increases after your order is placed.

Product Availability

In the rare event that a pre-order product becomes unavailable or is discontinued by the supplier, we will notify you promptly and issue a full refund.

Shipping

Pre-order items will be dispatched as soon as stock is received, and release date has been reached. If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, we may hold the entire order until the pre-order item is available, or ship in-stock items separately.
